We are an IT Services and Consulting company offering application development, networking, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analysis, and job-oriented IT & SAP training programs. We are hiring for a combined Marketing + HR role — candidate must be comfortable handling both functions.

Job Description:
We're looking for a candidate (fresher or experienced) with positive knowledge of hiring and HR operations, along with skills in marketing and social media promotion. This is a single role covering both areas — not two separate positions — so the candidate should be genuinely comfortable switching between recruitment/HR tasks and marketing/promotional tasks daily.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end hiring: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
- Manage day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, attendance, documentation, employee engagement




- Plan and run social media marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to promote our IT services and training courses
- Create content and coordinate with the sales team to generate and convert leads
- Support general office administration and coordination

Required Skills:
- Good working knowledge of hiring/recruitment and HR operations — this is a must
- Basic to valuable understanding of social media marketing and content creation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once
- Prior experience in a similar HR + Marketing role is a plus, but not mandatory

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA – HR or Marketing preferred)
- Freshers with internship experience OR experienced candidates in HR/Marketing will be preferred
