Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Oversee daily construction work, manage materials and equipment, and guide contractors or crew members.
- Technical Guidance: Check technical designs, drawings, and plans for accuracy, and set out or survey sites.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, test material integrity, and perform quality assurance checks.
- Communication: Act as the main technical link between clients, architects, subcontractors, and upper management.
- Problem Solving: Resolve technical difficulties and address on-site challenges quickly to prevent delays.
- Documentation: Maintain daily site logs, write progress reports, and keep track of resource allocation. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or construction management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, inspecting structures, and using tools like AutoCAD.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience: Prior hands-on experience or internships in a construction workplace.
Pay: ₹10,950.85 - ₹37,701.27 per month
