CA Print is an Australian apparel printing company specialising in DTF transfers, garment decoration, and custom apparel printing. We work with trade customers across Australia, including promotional product suppliers, apparel brands, workwear businesses, decorators, and printing companies.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our Vadodara office and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Australian market.

This is not a traditional telecalling role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of business development activities, contribute recent ideas, and help build long-term growth strategies.

You will work directly with our Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in the Australian market.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies.
- Identify and research potential customers across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls and introduce our services to prospective customers.




- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend business growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Work independently while taking ownership of business development activities.

Required Skills and Experience
- 37 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or international sales.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
