About Us

ARK Learning Arena is a faith-rooted tutoring and coaching centre in St. Thomas Mount, Chennai, serving students from Class 1 to Class 12 across CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula. We're looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team and help connect prospective students and parents with our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents regarding admissions, enquiries, and course offerings
- Handle inbound enquiry calls and provide accurate information about programs, fees, and schedules
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals
- Maintain and update the enquiry/lead tracker with call outcomes and follow-up status
- Schedule counselling sessions or campus visits for interested parents
- Address parent objections and concerns professionally,



escalating where needed
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment conversion
- Maintain daily call reports and share updates with the reporting manager

Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus)
- Pleasant, confident, and persuasive phone manner
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, WhatsApp, data entry)
- Freshers welcome; prior telecalling/customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to handle rejection positively and stay target-oriented
- Punctual, disciplined, and a team player

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
