ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to own our D2C website revenue channel (shop.ajjas.com) end-to-end. You will plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, improve website conversion rates, and be directly accountable for D2C sales targets. This role sits within the Digital Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

D2C Website Revenue & Conversion





Own monthly D2C revenue targets for shop.ajjas.com

Track and improve website conversion rate (CVR), add-to-cart rate, and checkout completion

Identify and resolve drop-off points in the purchase funnel using Google Analytics / Hotjar

Coordinate with the product/tech team on landing page optimisations, A/B tests, and UX improvements

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Plan, set up, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Awareness, Traffic, Conversion objectives)

Build and refresh ad creatives in coordination with the design team

Monitor campaign health: CPM, CTR, CPC, ROAS, frequency and take corrective action

Manage audience strategy: custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting segments

Maintain pixel health and ensure accurate event tracking (Purchase, AddToCart, Checkout)

Google Ads
Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaigns Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and manage biddi
