Role Overview

We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage the front office operations and deliver an exceptional experience to visitors and walk-in customers. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage the Experience Centre, coordinate customer visits, and ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
- Manage the reception area and front office operations.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and walk-in customers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting room schedules.
- Ensure the reception and experience centre are presentable at all times.

Experience Centre Management
- Conduct walkthroughs and demonstrations of the Experience Centre.
- Explain company offerings, products, services,



and design solutions to visitors.
- Coordinate appointments and customer visits with internal teams.
- Ensure a premium customer experience during every interaction.

Customer Success & Coordination
- Engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Capture customer enquiries and coordinate follow-ups with Sales and Design teams.
- Maintain customer records and track enquiry status.
- Support customer communication and relationship management activities.
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of customer concerns.

Administrative Support
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to customer visits.
- Support office administration and event coordination activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
