We are looking for a Product Development & Regulatory Affairs Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have experience or strong exposure to food/nutraceutical product development, regulatory compliance, labelling, documentation and product registration.

The candidate will work closely with R&D;, Quality, Procurement and Commercial teams to support the development and launch of compliant, market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch.
- Support product formulation, reformulation and product improvement activities.
- Prepare, review and update product labels in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct ingredient and regulatory compliance checks.
- Assist with FSSAI compliance and other applicable food/nutraceutical regulations.
- Support product registrations, notifications and regulatory documentation.
- Prepare and maintain product specifications, technical documents and regulatory dossiers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.




- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Procurement and Commercial teams for product development activities.
- Assist in raw material and packaging coordination related to product development.
- Ensure all required documentation is maintained accurately and updated.
- Support regulatory and quality requirements before product launch.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Food/Nutraceutical Product Development
- Understanding of FSSAI and food regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of ingredients, formulations and product specifications
