Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter responsible for end-to-end field hiring and reducing employee attrition. The role involves sourcing frontline/field workforce, ensuring quick closures, and implementing strategies to improve retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Hiring:
- Manage bulk and field recruitment (Pharmacist, Pharma Aide, CSA & delivery staff, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, field visits, walk-ins, Job Drives, Campus Drive, referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with Operation managers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT
- Maintain a strong pipeline of field candidates

Attrition Control:
- Track and analyze daily/weekly attrition reports
- Conduct exit interviews and identify key reasons for attrition




- Partner with operations to implement retention strategies
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction at field level
- Support onboarding and ensure smooth joining experience

Coordination & Reporting:
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Collaborate with operations and HR team
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding compliance

Key Skills Required:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle bulk hiring under pressure
- Good understanding of attrition metrics and retention strategies
- Data tracking and reporting skills (Excel/MIS)
- Problem-solving and stakeholder management
