We are looking for a energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate business opportunities for our IT Services, IT Infrastructure and Facility Management Services (FMS).

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong lead-generation capabilities, and the ability to connect with prospects, understand their requirements, schedule meetings and support the sales team in converting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and online research.
- Identify new business opportunities for IT Services, FMS and Managed Services.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their business and IT requirements.
- Make outbound calls and conduct initial discussions with potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales / Presales teams.
- Promote services such as:
- IT Infrastructure Services
- Facility Management Services (FMS)
- Managed IT Services
- AMC / Annual Maintenance Services
- Desktop & End User Support
- Network & Server Support




- Helpdesk / Service Desk Services
- Cloud and IT Support Services
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and develop strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical and Operations teams.
- Prepare and share company profiles, service presentations, proposals and quotations.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and sales targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good cold-calling and lead-generation experience.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain IT services effectively.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in IT Services / IT Infrastructure / FMS / B2B Sales will be preferred.
