Job Role- Assistant Manager/ Manager- B2C (Client onboarding/ Client acquisition)

Job Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai

Experience- 4+ years of experience into B2C sales, SME sales, client acquisition, client onboarding.

About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy sales specialist with strong on-ground market understanding and an aggressive sales-first mindset. This role is for someone who has grown up on the street-building business from scratch, opening doors, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive B2C Sales targets and new business acquisition through on-ground /
street-level sales
Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer experience teams to ensure
seamless order fulfilment and delivery
Build and grow a strong customer base Identify market opportunities using deep local area knowledge
Own targets end-to-end with a high hunger for growth and revenue
Build long-term relationships while pushing for consistent closures
Monitor competition, pricing, and industry trends to stay ahead in the market

What Were Looking For:




- 4+ years of experience in B2C/ D2C sales, e-commerce/ online commerce
True hustler mindset with relentless follow-ups and closures
Solid understanding of local markets, competitors, and customer behaviour
Highly sales-driven, target-oriented, and outcome-focused
Comfortable with street starts and building business from zero
Ambition to grow fast and scale business aggressively

Candidates with prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce domains will be strongly preferred, given the cross-functional nature of the role and the need to understand fulfilment, inventory flow, and last-mile delivery impact on customer experience.
