Role and Responsibilities

As an Operations Intern at HYPEDIN, you will:

● Assist in managing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.

● Support the team in organizing and optimizing processes and workflows.

● Coordinate with departments such as society outreach, UGC/influencer management, and logistics for task execution.





● Maintain records, prepare reports, and update internal systems.

● Monitor inventory, logistics, or other operational aspects as required.

● Propose solutions for streamlining operations and increasing efficiency.

● Participate in the execution of HYPEDIN’s activities, such as campus activations, influencer collaborations, and event management.

Requirements

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

● Solid organizational and time-management skills.

● Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

● Excellent communication and coordination skills.

● Comfortable commuting to the workplace in Greater Noida.
