Job Title: Accounts Manager – Multi-Outlet & Franchise Accounts

Job Description

Athenian Professional is hiring a confident and responsible Accounts Manager for our Sector 45, Gurugram office. The candidate will be responsible for handling the accounts and financial records of 7 outlets along with franchise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts of 7 salon/academy outlets and franchise operations
- Maintain daily income and expense records branch-wise
- Maintain outlet-wise ledgers, cash book, bank entries and outstanding balances
- Knowledge and handling of GST
- Knowledge and handling of TDS
- Check sales, expenses, payments and collections of all outlets
- Reconcile cash, bank, card and other payment entries
- Track vendor payments and outstanding amounts
- Maintain franchise-related accounts and payment records
- Prepare branch-wise monthly account summaries
- Coordinate with outlet managers for daily financial reports




- Ensure accounts are properly maintained and discrepancies are followed up
- Support management with accurate financial information and reports

Candidate Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS
- Valuable knowledge of accounting and ledger management
- Able to independently handle accounts of multiple outlets
- Comfortable managing daily income and expenses of 7 stores and franchises
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Must be confident, responsible and capable of taking ownership of accounts
