Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Pune City. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for sourcing, listing,



and marketing residential and commercial properties that support SR Enterprises’ operational and strategic needs. Daily activities include meeting prospective sellers and buyers, conducting property visits, coordinating negotiations, and preparing documentation in line with local regulations. The role involves maintaining accurate records of listings, agreements, and transactions, while providing clear, skilled communication to all stakeholders. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely closures, favorable terms, and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property regulations and compliance requirements.
