Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive (Video & Social Media)

Position: Digital Marketing Executive – Video, Social Media & Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop short-form videos/Reels/Shorts for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Manage daily social media content, posting, engagement and growth.
- Plan and execute YouTube marketing, including Shorts, video uploads, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and channel growth.
- Develop creative video concepts based on current trends, audience interests and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content teams.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer research, outreach, coordination and performance tracking.
- Monitor social media and YouTube analytics and optimize content based on performance.
- Stay updated with trending Reels, Shorts, hashtags, audio, formats and social media algorithms.
- Support digital campaigns to generate brand awareness,



engagement and leads.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Experience in Reels/Shorts/video content creation and video marketing.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and social media algorithms.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify viral/trending content.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and campaign management.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Insights and YouTube Analytics is preferred.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a creative and energetic digital marketer who understands short-video content, social media trends, YouTube growth and influencer marketing and can independently manage day-to-day social media activities.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month *(depending on experience and skills)*
