- Design and develop WalkMe content including:
- Smart Walk-Thrus
- Launchers
- SmartTips
- ShoutOuts
- Resources
- Surveys and onboarding solutions
- Configure and maintain WalkMe solutions for SAP applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into digital adoption strategies.
- Partner with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and change management teams.
- Conduct user journey analysis to identify adoption gaps and process improvement opportunities.
- Create and execute testing plans for WalkMe deployments.
- Monitor adoption analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Support release management activities and content updates resulting from SAP enhancements.
- Prepare user documentation and training materials.
- Ensure WalkMe solutions align with organizational governance and security standards.
