Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Support / Production Support Engineer with strong experience in application management, incident management, production support, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring adherence to SLA and SLO targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for critical business applications.
- Monitor application health and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage and resolve production incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Ensure compliance with SLA, SLO, and operational KPIs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to support application releases.




- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Automate routine operational tasks using Shell Scripting and Python.
- Support deployment, release management, and configuration management activities.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call support and incident response activities.
