Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, and vendor/customer transactions. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and Bank of Entry (BOE) documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record purchase, sales, expense, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank, cash, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST-related data, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, returns, and reconciliation.
- Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Handle import-related accounting and documentation, including BOE (Bill of Entry) and customs-related expenses.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, vendors, and internal teams for BOE and import documentation.




- Maintain proper records of customs duty, freight, clearing charges, and other import expenses.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, CA, and other external parties when required.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in accounting software such as Zoho Books, or ERP systems.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax basics, and accounting principles.
