Position: Senior Architect

Experience: 4-5 Years

Key Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Solid knowledge of current regulations, development control rules, and approval processes of PMC, PMRDA, and PCMC authorities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding and practical application of Google Earth.
- Experience in preparing and evaluating land feasibilities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders for project approvals and execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to undertake regular site visits and monitor project progress.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, statutory approvals, and project coordination.
- Good understanding of local development control regulations and approval procedures.
- Experience in feasibility studies, due diligence.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
