Educational Qualification & Experience

B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering

5-8 Years Experience in Technical Facility Management

SN Responsibility & Expectations from the Role

1 Complete ownership of Technical Infrastructure (AMC, repairs , upgradations etc.)





2 Managing & overseeing the deployment of outsourced staff.

3 Reporting to Location & Cluster Head on day-to-day activities, incident management

etc.

4 Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progresses

5 Vendor Management, assist in finalizing contracts, Vendor invoices, preparation of

BOQs

6 Contract management

7 Maintain and monitor legal compliances for buildings

8 Prepare and deploy contingency/BCP, Shutdown maintenance, Emergencies etc.

9 Handle crisis situations

10 Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirement.

11 Maintain Safe Work Setting & Ensure Contract staff adhere to Safe Work

practices as per Organizational policies.

12 Maintain and Update documents related to HSE & Energy Management Audits. Will

be a key member of the HSE & Energy Management Committee.
