Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience at Titan Eye+.
- Conduct eye exams and dispense glasses/contact lenses with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, displays, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Sc degree in Optometry from an accredited institution.
- 2-7 years of experience in retail optometry or related field (optometrists preferred).
- Solid knowledge of optical products, including frames, lenses, contact lenses, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
