What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a hands-on engineer and architect supporting initiatives from small features to complex systems. Lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with other practices to ensure successful delivery.
- Design and build full-stack applications using Java (primary) and React (secondary), ensuring scalable architecture, effective APIs, and seamless integration between back-end and front-end services.
- Support backend development using Java (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot) to build and maintain RESTful services, business logic, and integrations with enterprise systems and databases.
- Partner with client stakeholders to build strong relationships, acting as a strategic technical advisor and helping expand long-term engagements.
- Support business development efforts through solution design, client presentations, and contributing to proposals and industry engagement.
