- We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Workday Core HCM team with a primary focus on the operations and development of the ShapeIn application and integrations between SAP and Workday. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless integration and smooth functioning of the ShapeIn system within our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations and development efforts related to the ShapeIn application.
- Manage and enhance integrations between SAP and Workday systems using ShapeIn .
- Collaborate closely with the Workday Core HCM support team to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of services.
- Work effectively with international teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ShapeIn and its integrations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for ShapeIn and related processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ShapeIn -related operations within the Workday Core HCM team.
- Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with ShapeIn .




- Working knowledge of Workday, with an emphasis on Core HCM modules.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with international teams and customers.
- Solid understanding of integration processes between SAP and Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a multi-national or cross-cultural environment.
- Familiarity with Workday implementation projects and operational support.
