Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Head / National Head – Solar Operations to lead our Solar Energy business vertical with complete P&L; ownership.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy / Power sector, with proven expertise in business growth, sales, pre-sales, operations, team leadership, and client management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete Solar business vertical with end-to-end P&L; responsibility.
- Develop and execute business strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Drive Solar business across Residential (B2C), Commercial and Industrial (B2B/C&I;) segments.
- Lead technical-commercial pre-sales and business development activities.
- Manage high-value industrial, commercial and institutional clients.
- Oversee solar site layouts, project estimations,



power generation calculations and ROI analysis.
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead bidding/tender activities.
- Build and maintain a solid business pipeline.
- Recruit, develop and manage Sales, Business Development, Engineering, EPC and Operations teams.
- Monitor operations across multiple states and ensure timely project execution.
- Manage budgets, project expenditure and profitability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Field Operations teams.
- Ensure operational excellence, productivity, safety and compliance.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Solar PV / Renewable Energy / Power sector.
- Strong experience in business leadership, sales growth and operations management.
- Experience handling B2C Solar schemes and B2B/C&I; projects.
- Strong technical-commercial understanding of solar systems, pricing and project requirements.
- Experience in team building and managing multi-lo
