About the Department

E-commerce manages online business and assists customers interested in online products and/or in the process of buying a plan online.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented qualified to manage the TCVM (Telecalling Voice Model) vertical within the E-Commerce channel at a life insurance compnay. This is a performance-driven sales role, focused on driving cross-sell and up-sell of insurance products to existing customers through tele-calling.

The ideal candidate will plan, strategise, and execute sales campaigns; manage a team of inbound/outbound agents; and achieve aggressive revenue targets using data-backed insights.

What does the job entail?

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
- Own end-to-end delivery of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the TCVM vertical.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to existing customers using outbound voice-based communication.
- Conceptualise and execute product-specific sales campaigns based on customer profiles,



behaviour, and product suitability.
- Build and maintain robust sales pipelines using daily calling data and lead funnels.

Team & Call Centre Management:
- Lead and coordinate with a team of tele-calling agents to maximise productivity and conversions.
- Ensure consistent agent performance through target setting, tracking, and real-time feedback loops.
- Identify training needs, sales enablers, and process improvements to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
- Understandstudy/esearch the competition. Work with CC to define focused sales scripts and sales punchlines. Track sales script performance and select the best script to improve sales.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyse customer databases to segment and prioritise calling lists based on product relevance and purchase propensity.
