Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Team Lead to manage and execute high-quality PCB design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in multi-layer PCB design, high-speed routing, and SI/PI practices, along with leadership capabilities to guide a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop multi-layer PCBs (2, 4, 6, 8+ layers)
- Convert schematics into optimized PCB layouts
- Perform component placement and library creation
- Handle routing for high-speed, analog, and digital circuits
- Apply Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) practices
- Ensure adherence to fabrication constraints and assembly requirements
- Generate and manage Gerber / ODB++ files
- Review and analyze DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reports
- Collaborate with PCB fabrication vendors and EMS partners
- Support board bring-up and debugging activities
- Analyze layout-related defects and perform FMEA




- Implement grounding and shielding techniques
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards (IEC 61000)

Required Skills:
- Robust experience in PCB design tools (Altium Designer preferred)
- Hands-on experience in SI/PI analysis
- Knowledge of high-speed design techniques
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC compliance standards
- Good understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading a team or mentoring engineers
- Exposure to end-to-end product development lifecycle
