Job description:

Scepter Technologies is seeking an aggressive, results-driven Business Development Manager with deep expertise in the USA IT Staffing market. You will spearhead our client acquisition efforts, target mid-market to Fortune 500 enterprises, and build a robust pipeline for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent IT placements. If you have an established network, a hunter mentality, and a track record of breaking into current accounts for staffing solutions, we want you on our team.

Target Geographic Market: United States of America (USA).

Target Industry: Information Technology (IT) & Engineering Staffing & Recruitment industry.

Role & responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery calls with IT Directors, VPs of Engineering, and Procurement leaders to diagnose technical staffing gaps and position our bench/recruiting capabilities.
- Target Generation: Execute cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to secure net-new enterprise clients across the US market.
- Full Sales Cycle:



Own the entire sales process from lead generation and pitch delivery to closing service agreements and master services agreements (MSAs).
- VMS & MSP Navigation: Work towards registering, optimizing and negotiating for Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs. (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Magnani).
- Account Growth: Cross-sell and up-sell existing client accounts by delivering exceptional service and introducing specialized technical practices.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all prospecting activities, client meetings, and pipeline forecasts using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot or Google Sheets.
- Market Intelligence: Track US hiring trends, client budgeting details, and industry shifts to adjust sales strategies.
