We are looking for a
passionate and commercially sharp Brand Manager
to lead our
Kids & Baby Clothing Division (Newborn to 2 Years)
for global markets.

This role sits at the intersection of
Product, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce & Merchandising
— owning the full journey from range creation and buyer presentations to e-commerce launches and order planning.

Key Responsibilities
:

Market Research & Range Creation
- • Conduct market research for newborn to 2-year infant wear across
AU, EU, US & ME
markets
- • Define seasonal range architecture and identify emerging trends
- • Translate consumer insights into actionable range plans

Range Planning & Team Collaboration




- • Work closely with Design & Merchandising teams on season-wise range plans
- • Plan category splits, price points and size ratios
- • Manage submission timelines for customer presentations and fair bookings

Catalogue & Marketing Content
- • Lead seasonal order-booking catalogues and lookbooks
- • Coordinate product photography briefs and supporting marketing content
- • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

Execution & Delivery Oversight
- • Monitor bulk production progress and coordinate with vendors & QC teams
- • Ensure timely delivery against confirmed purchase orders
- • Proactively manage escalations and resolve execution delays

E-commerce Listing & Launch
- • Develop and execute listing plans across
Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart & international marketplaces
- • Manage content quality, launch calendars, discounts and catalogue health

Sales Reporting & Order Planning
- • Prepare weekly and monthly
