Job Description: Loan Sales & Operations Executive

Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Sales & Operations Executive to manage loan sales, customer coordination, documentation, and day-to-day operational activities. Candidates with prior experience in the insurance industry and a strong understanding of customer handling and financial products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and drive sales of loan products through calls, references, existing customers, and other channels.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with customers throughout the loan application and processing cycle.
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer KYC and loan-related documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for application processing and approval.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, disbursements, and customer queries.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Ensure proper compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, financial services, insurance, or BFSI.
- Experience in the insurance industry is required/preferred.
- Positive understanding of customer handling and sales processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, lead conversion, and target-based work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage documentation and operational processes accurately.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
