Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Grilles, Chrome Finishers, Undertray, Black Trims, Door Claddings, and other exterior trim parts.
- Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools (CATIA/NX/Creo).
- Ensure compliance with styling, packaging, manufacturability, cost, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Styling, CAE, Manufacturing, Tooling, Suppliers, and Quality.
- Perform tolerance stack-up analysis, DFM/DFA reviews, and design validation activities.
- Support prototype development, testing, engineering changes, and production launch activities.
- Ensure adherence to OEM standards, GD&T;, and plastic part design guidelines.

Required Skills
- Experience in automotive Exterior Trims Design.
- Solid knowledge of Bumpers, Grilles, Chrome Garnishes, Underbody Shields, Black Trims, and Door Claddings.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 / NX / Creo.
- Knowledge of Injection Molding, Tooling, GD&T;, DFMEA, DVP&R;, and product development lifecycle.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and supplier coordination.
