We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Monitor individual and team performance
- Oversee sales operations across all branches and counters
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor performance of each branch and sales counter
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assure a high degree of client retention and satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile sales, including 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
- Robust understanding of automotive market trends and dealership operations




- Automobile industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multi-location operations
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Excellent communication skills

Location: Nadakkavu.

Salary: Attractive Salary + Incentives
