About The Role
We’re looking for a
Manager – Performance / Growth Marketing
to drive D2C growth for
Juicy Chemistry and Carmesi
.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can own performance marketing end-to-end — from campaign planning and execution to optimisation, reporting and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other performance channels.
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue, CAC and ROAS targets.
- Test and optimise creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, offers and landing pages.
- Track and improve key metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rate and revenue.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
- Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap across channels, audiences and creatives.
- Work closely with Design, Content and Brand teams to develop high-performing campaign assets.




- Manage campaign budgets and optimise media allocation based on performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, recommendations and next steps.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the overall D2C funnel and customer journey.

Who We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing, on agency or brand side.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns with ownership of revenue, ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, attribution and conversion funnels.
- Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
- Solid understanding of creative performance and ability to work closely with creative teams.
- Beauty & Personal Care experience preferred; candidates from Fashion, Lifestyle or other consumer brands are welcome.
- Strong communication, ownership and stakeholder management ski
