Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing qualified leads generated by the Pre-Sales Team and converting them into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication, customer relationship management, site visit coordination, negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless home-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage qualified leads assigned by the Pre-Sales Team.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and buying preferences.
- Conduct client meetings,



project presentations, and property demonstrations.
- Coordinate and accompany customers for project site visits and property inspections.
- Build robust relationships with prospective buyers through regular follow-ups and consultations.
- Explain project specifications, pricing, floor plans, payment schedules, and available offers.
- Guide customers through the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking closure.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover, tracking, and conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
