Telecaller – Construction Firm

Construction industry telecalling experience is mandatory.

Location: Seminary Hills, Nagpur
Experience: 1–2 Years-

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries related to construction projects and services.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into potential clients.
- Explain project details, services, pricing, and other relevant information to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned sales/project team.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.




- Ensure timely follow-up with leads until closure or further action.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly follow-up reports.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling is required.
- Construction industry telecalling experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidate should be confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
