Job Purpose
This position plays a crucial role in risk management by ensuring compliance throughout our recruitment and onboarding processes, with a focus on the AI space. The Risk Mitigation Specialist will analyze recruitment and onboarding data to identify suspicious activities, they will conduct investigations and implement preventative measures to keep illegitimate activity in our recruitment processes at aa minimum.

Job Overview
- Detect a nd identify fraudulent activities through data analysis and trend examination.




- Engage in constant monitoring and evaluation of applications transactions to pinpoint irregularities.
- Collaborating with Talent Finders to assist colleagues in fraud awareness, risk mitigation and prevention.
- Conducting in-depth investigations into identified fraud instances
- Investigate flagged transactions to determine their legitimacy
- Review data and conduct analysis to decide upon the viability of current fraud rules
- Contact applicants to verify suspicious transactions and gather necessary information
- Document and maintain detailed records of all investigations and actions taken

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills, reliable and systematic
- Ability to work with data, analyze it and draw relevant conclusions / provide recommendations and reports.
