Role & responsibilities
• Backend Operations: Manage day-to-day backend system data tracking, database cleanliness, and entry workflows.
• Data Management: Use Advanced Excel to process large volumes of retail data, build energetic trackers, and run formulas.
• System Upkeep: Work within your certified SAP module to update data fields, track inventory, or manage records.
• Documentation: Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical logs, records, and routine progress reports
• Certification: Valid and verified SAP Global Certification (Any functional or technical module is accepted).
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, and sheet automation).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills to coordinate with backend teams and managers.
