- Strong interest and flair for recruitment with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is preferred. Bulk hiring experience will be an added advantage; freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT and Non-IT profiles and their respective hiring requirements.
- Willingness to work from the office 6 days a week is mandatory.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements, coordinate with candidates, and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
