Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with strong experience in SaaS solutions and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified business opportunities, developing and managing sales pipelines, engaging with prospects across domestic and international markets, and supporting the telesales team in converting opportunities into customers.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can contribute to the establishment and optimization of the sales department, implement lead generation processes, and collaborate with marketing and telesales teams to drive revenue growth. The candidate should have proven experience working with clients across India as well as international markets, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify, research, and target potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, networking events, industry forums, referrals,



and digital marketing initiatives.
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads for SaaS products and digital marketing services.
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities, industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customer segments.
- Build and maintain databases of prospects, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and project requirements before transferring them to the telesales team.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and consultation calls with prospects.
- Ensure proper lead nurturing through regular follow-ups and engagement activities.
