Automobile Sealant Manufacturing Company

1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities in the automobile and automotive component industry.
- Develop business with OEMs, Tier-1, Tier-2, and aftermarket customers.
- Generate enquiries, quotations, and new product development opportunities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.

2. Customer & Market Management
- Understand customer requirements, specifications, and application needs.
- Conduct regular customer visits and review customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and recent product opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with technical/quality teams for resolution.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key customers.

3. Sales Planning & Target Achievement
- Prepare sales forecasts and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.




- Prepare monthly sales plans based on customer requirements and business potential.
- Monitor order status, dispatches, pending orders, and customer commitments.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Review sales performance and take corrective actions where required.

4. Technical & Product Coordination
- Coordinate with R&D;/Technical teams for product trials and customer approvals.
- Support development and commercialization of automobile sealants.
- Understand applications such as gasket sealing, flange sealing, bonding, thread sealing, and other automotive applications.
- Coordinate customer trials, validation, testing, and approval processes.
- Communicate technical requirements accurately to internal teams.

5. Commercial Responsibilities
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
- Monitor customer profitability and contribution margins.
