JOB DESCRIPTION – PRODUCTION TRAINEE (FRESHER)

Position: Production Trainee – Fresher
Experience: Freshers can apply
Location: Irungattukottai, Chennai
Walk-In Date: From 21-08-2026
Walk-In Timing: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Production team in day-to-day manufacturing activities.
- Operate and monitor production machines as per work instructions.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards.
- Perform basic inspection of components during the production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
- Report machine issues, production problems, and quality concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams when required.

Eligibility




- ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or related discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes is preferred.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work in shifts, if required.
