Requirements:
- Experience as a business system analyst or system analyst
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of web applications, APIs, and databases
- Intermediate SQL skills for data analysis and validations and writing SQL queries
- Experience creating BRD (business requirements documents), SRS (system requirements specification), functional specification, user stories and clear acceptance criteria, process flows and use cases
- Ability to challenge requirements and ask the right questions
- Ability to read and understand technical documents
- Ability to translating business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies




- Experience working closely with business product owners, developers, QE, solution architect, and ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
- Ability to facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and impact of process changes
- Experience supporting QE during test planning and execution, reviewing test cases, and validating expected business results
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Autosys, SQL developer, service now
- PCI DSS or security/compliance knowledge
