We are looking for a talented and energetic Marketing Executive to be the creative engine behind our client's brand storytelling and growth.

You will own the complete lifecycle of content creation—from ideation and planning through production, posting, and optimization—across all marketing channels.

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role perfect for someone who thrives in creative production, loves storytelling, and can execute at startup speed. You'll work directly with the growth team and clinical staff to create content that educates, builds trust, and drives customer acquisition.

Whether you're conceptualizing a social media campaign, directing a photoshoot, writing engaging captions, or planning the next month's content calendar, you'll be involved across the entire content and marketing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Community
- Own the client's Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube presence.
- Create and post daily/weekly content aligned with the marketing calendar.
- Engage with followers,



respond to comments/DMs, and build community.
- Monitor social metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Identify trending topics and capitalize on relevant opportunities.

2. Content Planning & Calendar Management
- Develop a 3-month rolling content calendar covering all channels.
- Align content themes with business goals such as awareness, education, acquisition, and retention.
- Plan seasonal campaigns, promotional content, and thought leadership pieces.
- Coordinate content across teams, including clinical insights, customer testimonials, and product updates.
- Adapt the content calendar based on performance data and emerging opportunities.

3. Creative Production & Design
- Conceptualize and design social media creatives, graphics, infographics, videos, and reels.
- Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to create brand-aligned visuals.
- Produce short-form and long-form vide
