- Manage debt recovery operations for electricity boards and utilities, ensuring timely payment from customers.
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow.
- Conduct field collections, negotiate payments, and maintain relationships with customers to resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze data using advanced MS Excel skills to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 18-30 years of experience in billing collection, debt recovery, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of electricity board systems and regulations regarding payment recovery.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions during field collections.
- Proficiency in Advanced Ms Excel for data analysis and reporting.
