HR- production duties on a production plant floor:
- Attendance – Check employee attendance, late coming, and absences.
- Manpower – Ensure enough workers are available for each production area/shift.
- Shift management – Coordinate shift changes, overtime, and replacements.
- Employee issues – Handle worker complaints, conflicts, and basic HR concerns.
- Discipline – Monitor workplace rules, punctuality, and employee behavior.
- Safety coordination – Support safety rules, PPE compliance, and accident reporting.
- Leave management – Record and approve/coordinate employee leave.
- Training – Arrange induction and basic training for recent workers.
- Communication – Pass management instructions to workers and communicate worker concerns to management.
- Welfare – Support canteen, transport, uniforms, facilities, and general employee welfare.
