Associate Manager / Specialist Fund Accounting & Asset Valuation

We are looking for experienced professionals with solid expertise in Fund Accounting, Asset Valuation, NAV Calculation/Validation, and Investment Operations to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in fund accounting and valuation processes, with Private Equity Funds being the preferred domain. Candidates with relevant experience in Hedge Funds or Mutual Funds may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Fund Accounting and Asset Valuation activities.
- Perform/review NAV calculation, validation and reconciliation.
- Handle valuation of investment portfolios and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Manage investment accounting and related operational activities.
- Review and resolve valuation, accounting and NAV-related discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, controls and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor team members and drive team performance.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support timely delivery of business requirements.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, valuation and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting / Asset Valuation.
- Strong experience in NAV Calculation and NAV Validation.
- Good understanding of Investment Operations and Investment Accounting.
- Experience with Private Equity Funds is highly preferred.
- Candidates with Hedge Fund / Mutual Fund experience may also be considered.
- Proven people management and team leadership experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in US/UK shifts.
