Job Highlights:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Taxation Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and taxation while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Job Description:

Accounting
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.




- International accounting exposure and experience will be an added advantage.

Taxation
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns within prescribed timelines
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Reconcile tax liabilities and maintain tax records.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
- International taxation exposure and experience will be an added advantage.

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Prepare reports and schedules required by management and external auditors.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate documentation.

Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting and taxation processes.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company pol
