Mandatory Requirement:
- Experience:
5-10 years in product management with meaningful time in areas such as telematics, industrial IoT, connected vehicles or fleet/automotive software.
- Domain Fluency:
Comfortable with CAN-bus protocols (J1939, OBD-II), telematics platforms (ex. Geotab, Samsara, Motive) and core vehicle systems like aftertreatment, engine, and transmission.
- Product Craft:
Strong at discovery, writing, prioritization and shipping. You can run a roadmap, a sprint and a customer call with equal ease.
- Technical Range:
Fluent enough with data, ML and APIs to partner deeply with engineering and data science without needing things watered down.
- Startup DNA:
Energetic, rapid-moving and bias to action. You thrive on ambiguity, ship at 80%, and learn quickly from what breaks.

They fuse telematics, sensor streams and repair logs with AI to cut breakdowns, lower repair costs and extend vehicle life across the $20B US market.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap:
Define and drive the product vision for our predictive maintenance platform. Translate customer pain into a prioritized roadmap that ships.
- Run discovery with fleet operators:
Talk to fleet managers, technicians and ops leaders. Turn raw conversations into sharp problem statements and product bets.
- Spec features end-to-end:
Write crisp PRDs, user flows and acceptance criteria. Partner closely with engineering and data science to ship fast and iterate.
- Bring telematics and IoT depth:
Bring product judgment grounded in CAN-bus data, telematics platforms and industrial IoT workflows. Know what is real vs. noise.
- Drive adoption and outcomes:
Own activation, usage and customer outcomes. Close the loop be
