Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Sourcing & Closing Manager to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, site visits, negotiations, and successful closures for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through channel partners, brokers, referrals, digital leads, databases, and direct sourcing.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations, booking, and closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion of qualified leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Handle negotiations, objections,



pricing discussions, and drive customers towards successful closure.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and monitor leads, site visits, conversions, bookings, and revenue.
Prepare and submit regular sales MIS and performance reports to management.
Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams for smooth booking, documentation, and customer onboarding.
Lead, coach, and motivate sales executives to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences to identify current business opportunities.
Desired Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, leadership, presentation, relationship management, and closing skills. Candidates should have strong knowledge of real estate sales and demonstrated experience in sourcing, conversion, and achieving targets.
