Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Billing Analyst role based in Mumbai. The Billing Analyst will manage end-to-end billing processes, including generating invoices, verifying billing data accuracy, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections.
The role involves working with billing systems to track transactions, identify discrepancies, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The Billing Analyst will collaborate with finance, operations, and customer support teams to resolve billing issues, respond to inquiries, and maintain clear documentation. The individual will also analyze billing trends, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
