We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter with Australian recruitment experience. Candidates with onshore Australian recruitment experience or prior work/living experience in Australia will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for Australia.
- Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & headhunting.
- Screening, interviewing & shortlisting candidates.
- Client coordination and interview scheduling.
- Handling non-IT recruitment and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Australian recruitment experience.
- Non-IT recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication and sourcing skills.
- Valuable knowledge of the Australian job market.
