Role & responsibilities
- Manage purchase operations, including planning, execution, and vendor development.
- Develop current vendors and negotiate prices with existing ones to optimize costs.
- Source materials from various suppliers to meet business requirements.
- Plan and execute purchases according to organizational needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-3 yrs of experience in Electronics and Telecom Industry as a Purchase Specialist.
- The candidate possesses a highly appreciable profile with relevant experience in the railway field.
- Btech/ BE Degree in Electronics/ Telecommunication or MBA/PGDM in Operations preferred.
- Strong expertise in material procurement, material sourcing, price negotiation, vendor negotiation, purchase vendor development, purchase planning, and purchase operation.
